Pick up from your Nice downtown hotel or at the Nice waterfront tourist office
Nice – Le Muy by highway. Then continuation for Ste Maxime passing throughout the Maures Mount.
Continue to Port Grimaud by the seaside road.
Arrival in Port Grimaud; created in 1966 it’s called “the Venice of Provence” because of its very special kind of architecture where streets are canals and boats anchor near the houses.
Saint Tropez: a greek then roman village — its name comes from the legend of Torpes. a centurion of the roman army who was decapitated by the order of Nero because of his religion.
His body was placed in a small boat which drifted out to sea and landed on the beach here. He became a famous martyr and the catholic community decided to build a city in his name in this place. Stopover with free time for visiting & lunch on your own.

In the afternoon we take a cruise on the gulf of Saint Tropez to discover the luxury villas of stars like Sylvester Stallone, Jack Nickolson, the Von Opel family and the well-known: “la Madrague” whose famous owner is Brigitte Bardot. (In case of bad weather the cruise will be exchanged for an Annonciade museum entrance ticket.)
